REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy for Rent OR Buy Outfits (ROBO)

1. Overview

This Return and Refund Policy governs the return and refund process for items rented or

purchased through www.rentorbuyoutfits.com (referred to as "ROBO"). By using the

platform, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return of Rented Items

• Timely Return: Rented items must be returned by the agreed return date.

• Late Returns: Failure to return the rented item(s) on time will result in a late fee of

₹500 per day.

• Unreturned Items: If an item is not returned within 7 days of the agreed return date,

legal action, including filing a police complaint, may be initiated.

3. Condition of Returned Items

• Packaging: The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with all

accessories and tags.

• Damaged Items:

o Minor damage will incur a repair fee deducted from the security deposit.

o Significant damage (e.g., tears, burns, or irreparable stains) will result in a

charge of up to 50% of the original retail price or purchase of the item at a

discounted rate.

• Inspection: Items will be inspected upon return to ensure compliance with the above

conditions.

4. Refund Process

• Security Deposit:

o Refundable security deposits will be processed within 25 working days after

the item(s) have been inspected and deemed to be in good condition.

o Any applicable repair or late fees will be deducted from the deposit.

• Delivery Issues:

o Full refunds will be issued if items are delivered in a damaged state or later

than the requested occasion date.

• Order Cancellations:

o If the platform cancels the order, a full refund will be provided.

o If the user cancels the order, a partial refund will be issued based on the

processing stage of the order.

5. Return Process

• Authorized Returns: Items must be handed over only to an authorized representative

of RABO or agreed third party for return pickup.

• Self-Returns: If the user chooses to return items without assistance from RABO, any

damage during transit will be the sole responsibility of the user.
